My PC won't display!

What I did was enter safe mode, wipe my drivers with DDU, powered it off, installed the GPU (Radeon rx 6600 non-xt), started up fine, and then installed the AMD Drivers. Once they finished the display stopped working. I don't have an iGPU, so that's not an option. What happened, and how do I fix it?! (I also installed an SSD, but I doubt that's the issue since the PC booted up just fine before I downloaded the Driver's) Edit: never mind, it just booted up and started properly (why did it do it though?)
