What's the difference?

Can someone please explain what the difference is between these two listings on Amazon? Is one of them fake or are they both legit? I've never bought a CPU before so I'm not sure if I'm just missunderstanding something.

(btw I'm not actually buying this I just like window shopping expensive stuff I can't afford lmfao)

They are both two different Market Sellers that sell items through Amazon.  Look at the Sold By: ...

But usually that doesn't make the same product show up on different pages, atleast not from what I've seen over the years.

It does when they make a new listing with a different name. I wouldn't touch the bottom one.

Just checked amazon.co.uk and ordistore is gone for what it's worth.

The cheaper one has over double the amount of ratings and even has a slightly higher rating, but I was skeptical about the price. I'm not familiar enough with this space so do you think it's potentially fake or dodgey in some way?
