Gpu randomly rebooting

Every so often mostly when playing games, in a vc on discord, streaming through discord etc my screen will go black for about 15 or so seconds as my gpu reboots (or very rarely restarts my pc) from nvlddmkm, EVENT ID 0 or 14. Originally when I built it I had the same issue but it was caused by RGB conflict from Armory Crate but I'm unsure of what it is now. I have updated my BIOS to the most recent, same for GPU drivers even going through with a clean install with DDU.

Rog Strix z690-E Bios 2703
Intel i9 13900k 
2x 16GB TFORCE Delta ddr5 running at 4800MHz
Rog Strix 4090 OC
2x Samsung 980 Pro 1tb (1 is boot drive) 
Seagate 4TB HDD
Corsair RM1200X Shift (1200W 80+ Gold) 
(Please forgive me if vie written to much or haven't attached something necessary, I do not have XMP enabled either everything is/Or should be running at its stock to my knowledge)
