CasaOS not installing

I'm attempting to turn my Raspberry pi 4 into a jellyfin server. But cant get CasaOS installed. I did update and upgrade. So, I really dont know how to read this error message.

Is the outdated ppa really stopping this? I did sort of cobble together alot of random stuff I found to make the screen that I have in the raspberry pis case from the GPIO pins work

Hardware:

Raspberry pi 4 4GB

OS:

Ubuntu 23.04
