Honestly, the cooler that comes with the 5600 is really good for free.  Another option for you if you wish to save money.

at first it might be fine, but later on you can face overheating issues. Plus spending a little extra on a cpu cooler can save your cpu from overheating and increase its life span

Not exactly.  Thermal throttling is what saves the CPU from burning out, which it will do irregardless of what cooler is on it.

 

Are you using the Wraith Stealth with your 3200g?

Are you using the Wraith Stealth with your 3200g?

Yeah currently using it, while gaming its around 70C and 49C at idle, not so good

I used Hyper 212 Turbo on my 5600x long while ago, it was good enough.

49C idle isn't great but 70C gaming is, but I guess you're not playing anything intense with a 3200g.

Yeah. I did some digging for a good budget cooler, found one on amazon where there is a discount, with 4k buyers and really good reviews. No clearence issues. Its the coolermaster HyperT20, and it is a little smaller in size compared to the other ones but the cooling is great. with the ryzen 5 5600 it idles around 25-30C and while gaming about 57-65C which is pretty great, but also the ambient temperature of the room, the airflow matters. so i think imma get that. till i get the ryzen 5 5600 i think the cooler will run wpretty cool with my 3200g. Thanks tho!

Ive checked the ag620, idk there can be a clearence issue between the cooler and the ram but I will check. I have a corsair spec01 case so it will fit fine between the side panel right? as some coolers as so chunky that they touch the side panel

The ag400 can fit. So can the thermalright Assassin X 120 refined SE
