Blocky frame time graph

My specs are:

4080

i7-13700K

32GB DDR4 3600

980Pro 2TB

 

My frametime graph is really looking bad, like a block even tho D3D11 shows 60Fps. It feels like 30 fps. I also have Vsync enabled if that matters. I’m not close to full vram or ram utilisation. Anybody got any Ideas? Here’s what it looks like:

Try turning vsync off. It looks like its alternating between 30 and 60fps as epected when vsync is on. You can also turn down settings so its almost always over 60fps.
