Bios update for cpu microcode

Should I update bios? Latest version of bios of my mode will update cpu microcode.. Does updating cpu microcode will improve cpu performance in gaming etc..

There's only 4 reasons to update a BIOS:

1. There's a security update
2. There's a new feature you need (I.E. better memory support)
3. There's a bug in your current version (I.E. sleep mode is broken or the Ryzen 7000 SOC issue)
4. You're upgrading to CPU to one not currently supported by your BIOS. 

Otherwise, at best you'll get the same experience, at worst you'll get a worse experience/a bricked motherboard.

Not likely. The differences in performance from one microcode revision to another is minimal at most, the biggest differences I'm aware of are in the 2-3% range and usually it's not measurably different.
