as for the smart
the only thing that is strange, is 0f attribute, but there are mobos that sends no NVMe commands to all PCIe device, when powering up, so it will usually raise by 1, every PC power on time.
so try to power it off and on, and see if that raw value of 0F
raised by 1 ( remember it’s hex ‚)
Do you have any type of OC on the CPU ?
try to do a „slow” HD tune free scan of the surface of SSD. ( the quick scan checkbox have to be empty )
