Can I enable Fast Boot in BIOS?

Can i enable Fast Boot in BIOS or is it recommended to keep it off?

You can but if for some reason you ever need to get back into the BIOS you have to have lightning-fast reflexes or just be mashing the button before you even turn the PC on I used to have it enabled and it really only saved 7 to 10 seconds which for me isn't that important cause I already have a insanely fast boot time so really it's up to you it's not going to hurt the PC to have it on if that's what your worried about

What's stopping you?

 

If you need to get into BIOS setup, either do the special reboot command in Windows or mash the appropriate hotkey as soon as you power up.

I leave it off, because the 5 seconds it saves isn't worth the headache I deal with when trying to get into the BIOS later.
