ethernet randomly not working anymore

so my ethernet will randomly disconnect and then i have to deactivate and reactivate the intel ethernet module so any idea what's happening? i have already tried to delete and reinstall it

Check your cable to make sure it's alright. Try a different cable to test.

i tried  to plug my cable in a laptop while the ethernet was off, it worked and then i replugged it in my pc and the ethernet was still off so i think it's a problem with my motherboard

ok then you know everything up until your PC is working fine. You can just cut to the chase and use a live Windows or Linux USB to boot in and see if the issue is still there. Try getting a ping report by opening a command prompt and typing something like "ping  8.8.8.8 -t" and see what comes up. Generally test the stability and see if it does disconnect there or not.  If it did happen there then you can take some other steps to figure out if you'll need to replace your motherboard.

 

Also try a wifi adapter to see if the same problem still happens.
