How do I know which m.2 port is 3.0 and which 4.0?

My MB is Z590M Gaming X. I know there are 2 ports for m.2 NVME but I don’t know which is which cuz on the manufacturer website it’s not clear BUT it is specified that one is 3 and one 4

One is under the GPU port and one above it, under a metal heat sink.  

 

Can anyone help me? 
 

also, how do I know if and which of my sata ports will be disabled when I put the m.2 in?

It's stated on your motherboard' manual

The M2P is Gen 4, while M2A (lower side) is Gen3
