Change PPTP or L2TP subnet

How might I change the PPTP or L2TP subnet mask to 255.255.255.0, instead of 255.255.255.255?

I am asking this, because I finally got my proxy working, and I was wondering if I could possibly get steam in home streaming to work as well, but I need to be on the same subnet in order for that to work.

 

I am running the proxies on my raspberry pi

 

Any help would be appreciated :)
