Hi,

I want to build a pc around a few components that i already have.

case: fractal meshify 2xl black tg dark

psu: corsair rm850x

gpu: gigabyte aorus rtx 2060 super 8GB

But I need a new motherboard, cpu, ram, and for a start at least one 2TB m.2 drive. I'm in europe fyi.

The motherboard should also support a few m.2 drives for later expansion, hopefully latest gen slots for the fastest speeds, specially since I'm still on sata drives...

Small motherboards that have only one m.2 slot are out of the question.

And I'm leaning towards cooler, cheaper, and less power drawing components, so i guess some amd cpu is what is for me but idk which one has the best value while maintaining some decent benchmarks.

I don't know if it's a good idea to go for a purchase right now september 2023 but come to think of it... maybe next year the prices will be even higher so i'll go with the purchase now.

If you need me to state a budget... I don't really need to set a limit, but I'd rather loose 5-10 average fps and get it at a bargain price than spending for an overclocking flagship set of components for much more.

If more info needed, I'll reply.

Many thanks,

Focusrite

For a 2060 Super, a 5600 or 12400 would be fine and they're both relatively low power draw. The main sticking point would be if you want to go DDR5 or AM5/DDR5, but that's obviously going to add to the cost.

Croatia, but i guess since shipping cost is relatively ok across all eu countries I'd try to get each component from different webshops if that translates to the best total price. Or you'd suggest me buying all the components from the same place?

Thanks.
