im using a windows 11 dell inspron 2 in 1 and evreytime i go ffrom vertical tblaet to horizantl laptop this happnes

If you press the middle top right button to restore it and then back again it should work as normal

that dosent work and its for evrey window even newly opened apps

all updated but i do alos have the isue of the gpu being used 50 % in game and then goign back up ro 100 randomly 100 is base line since its intergrated graphics
