Fan Arrangement

Go to solution Solved by TatamiMatt,

1. Positive pressure does two things, 1-creates a pressurised area within the case which helps force air into all the nooks and crannies to absorb heat and 2-creates airflow out of the tiny holes and vents in the case due to the pressure, this ensures no air is drawn into the case through open holes with no dust filters like vents and that. Which in turn will keep your pc dust free for longer

2. Positive pressure will indeed decrease temperatures as you will have more air, i.e. a higher density of air, inside the case to absorb heat

3. I have no prior knowledge on this point, but, from what i can see theyre nearly identical. The LE520 has 5mm less tubing but 410 vs 415 is negligible, the only other differences are the RGB on the 520 compared to the single colour on the 500, and the 520 has a more power efficient pump and fans, running at a lower wattage. Although the extra RGB potential of the 520 pretty much negates this, but when your looking at a difference of less than a dozen watts all around, this is also negligible, so go with what you like best.

Im using an "Antec DF600 FLUX" Case, I have a few questions:

1. Why should the case have positive pressure instead of neutral pressure? Will positive pressure affect certain parts or cables

2. Will positive pressure decrease the temperature?

3. What is the difference between the "Deepcool LE500 240mm" and the Deepcool LE520 240mm"? (2 Fan AIO Coolers). Also do they have a cable for controlling the RGB?

More air for your components is normally better

They will both probably perform the same. get the one that's cheaper

yes they should. But make sure the mobo you're getting has an argb/rgb connector

LE500 is static color while LE520 is ARGB so you can change the color yourself
