Hi guys i have

AMD Ryzen 5 7600
MSI PRO B650M-A WIFI AM5 DDR5 6400MHZ(OC) HDMI DP M.2 USB3.2 2.5G LAN WIFI 6E mATX
GSKILL 16GB Ripjaws S5 5600Mhz CL36 DDR5 x2
Gigabyte RTX 4060 Gaming OC-8GD
MSI MPG A650BN 650w
hyperx fury 3d 480 gb sata ssd
seagate firecuda 510 1 tb m.2 ssd
samsung 970 evo plus 1 1 tb m.2 ssd
MSI MAG CORELIQUID B240 2x120mm liquid cooler


for display i am using
2k 144hz from dp
1080p 60 hz from dp
1080p 75 hz from hdmi

on my system. boots will take around 120 second. if i take pc to sleep mode it never boots. when i hit the power button there is 2-3 second delay to power all the fans dram and cpu error debug lights will indicate about 40 second and after that there is 10-15 second vga debug light then i can finally see bios screen then pc will open. also after each open there is no power on my mouse so i have to unplug and replug it. i already updated bios and clear install to windows newly bought samsung 970 evo plus ssd.after the launch there is no performance issue on pc thats why i am kinda lost. i already tried to update bios to latest version but it didn't help

what might be causing all the problems above. helps are much appraciated.

Ps. i connected only 8 pin cpu power

Thats probably memory training, maybe you have a setting enabled that is making it train every time. My mobo has a setting like that and causes the same issue but if set properly it wont do that, the setting is called "memory fast startup" for me but its probably something different for you so look for something similar.
