Hello!

For the past 5 years, I've been using a rubber dome style keyboard, and I finally would like to purchase my first mechanical keyboard.

Wishlist:

Cherry MX Brown, Black, or Red switches

Backlit

10-keyless is okay, I don't use the numberpad at all... I always use the buttons above the letters ._.

My budget is $100, give or take $20.

Any recommendations?

Edit: I'm in Canada.

These were the ones I was looking at. Tte doesn't have many reviews. Does anyone have any experience with them, and know if they are good or not?

If Linus likes it, I like it. Personally though I am leaning toward a red backlit keyboard... my case fan has red leds, there are red leds around my desk... yeah. So I think I'm going to go with the Quickfire Pro, just for the aesthetics. It's only partially backlit, but hey, it's the only keys I'll need to see while gaming in the dark. Thanks for the suggestions!

On the Cooler Master Store site, I got the Cherry key tester with red, black, brown, clear, blue, and green switches. It was $15 and I was emailed a $15 off coupon on any CM products on their site. They have great cheap keyboards, too.

I could be very wrong
