Yeah I would really like just ONE 780.. one of these days Ill buy a top end GFX card instead of the 200-300 price range. Even though 200-300$ price range plays any game I want just dandy,

Average... Get rid of that wireless mouse if you are serious about gaming.  Get the Razer Taipan mouse. Get yourself a 30" monitor at least.  You won't see all the people shooting you in the head @ 24".  Gel wrist pad? Trash. If you get it just put it in-between your buttcheeks. Get the Destructor 2 Mouse Mat from Razer as well.  Other than that it will be a good build. :)

Just a note though, Why not core i7 4790k and MSI Z97-GAMING 5 or z97-G45 gaming?

It's exactly the same money.
