Razer Synapse is broken help

I have Razer Ornata V3 keyboard, Razer Viper Ultimate Hyperspeed mouse and my case ASRockRGBLed which is synced to Razer Synapse. I have all synced to the same static color in Chroma Studio.

 

More often than not. When I turn on my pc, everything flashes, and then mouse and keyboard go dark. And the media controls do not work on the keyboard. ASRockRGBLed and Razer Synapse are running, but when trying to use Razer Synapse it locks up and becomes unresponsive. Restarting or shutting off and turning my pc back on sometimes works helps, but it's not repeatable.

 

I tried reinstalling Razer and checking for updates. 

 

Help?!?! This is dumb and expensive peripherals to not work.

Well, of course its broken...its a Razer product with their even worse software. Beyond that, it sounds like it may be either a windows service, razer service or both disabling themselves thru a software bug, but anything is possible with their software. I say that since you said restarting is helpful most times. Thats the first place id look after looking thru the windows event viewer logs to see whats erroring out.
