What about heating issue

I've never seen anyone report "I have bent pins and now my CPU is 100 degrees", but is possible? I guess?

But, more likely the cooler is not seated or is not working properly.

I have a weird issue where my PC won't boot anymore with 2 ram installed here ill explain

So I have

410m-pro MSI motherboard

With I3 9gen and 2x8hyperxfurry different model but they same speed and voltage used both for over an year so few days ago it just failed to boot I opened the case to see if anything wrong I saw the ez debug led kept looping from CPU to dram. So i removed one of the ram kit the A1 it just pass the CPU  and dram check  then it turn off.

I tryed removing B1 and leaving ram on A1 it back to looping between CPU and dram check it blink on CPU for half a sec and 2 sec on the dram and it keep looping like that. I did CMOS reset and reseated the CPU it can turn on fine if I place 1 ram on B1 but CPU have crazy heat like 100c on boot and 70c on bios if I turn the PC off it back to same issue

It sounds like you didn't put the cooler back on right.

Bent pins can cause boot and ram problems, yes, but since the PC worked fine before, I would assume it isn't a problem (unless you did it recently).
