adobe after effects and premier pro gpu assisted rendering

umm so ye HELP!

atm im using after effects cs6 11.0.2.12

and the gpu assisted rendering is doing a difference

but in after effects

it doesn't seems to do a loot

so my question is

what can i do to make a difference

a list of file formats that takes advantage of cuda cores

and a list of effeckts that's has an advantage from cuda cores

would be AWESOME

any any other tips on how to speed up render times would be grate

(and yes i have added the gtx titan to the raytracer_supported_cards.txt file and yes it woks in after effects but not more than 1-5%.... soooo ye.....)
