Wiring standard help

Just moved into a new apartment. The keystones in the rooms are wired up, but the line drops at the ONT are not finished. I wasn't sure what standard they use in China so I pulled the plate off the wall. What order should I terminate the rj45 based on thes photos?

Redo the wall plate, it has orange/white-orange transposed. Other than that (for some reason) they used T-586A.

I mean if you follow the guide on the keystone there, it clearly shows that it's T-586A. Apologies if you're colour blind.

Not color blind, just confused why it doesn't match this... Unless the wires in the keystone are doing some gymnastics and cross all over the place before getting to the respective pins.

That's my guess, in order to make it simpler for the installer. Once you terminate the other end, check with a cable tester for pinout.

I mean, is that really that far of a stretch? Unless China has a whole different standard but still calls them the same. TBH, whenever I wire up my stuff I just follow the keystone guides for B, and never question it or look too closely. Only when I'm crimping cable do I pay attention to a diagram, since I have a simple mind.

So an update, I ended up pulling most of the plates off the walls (except behing the TV, need help pulling it off the wall) and EVERY plate was wired differently than the others. Ended up redoing all of them and now have a functioning AP in the bedroom. Not sure what intern they had doing the drops, but what a mess.
