Any ideas on release for the tech pants? Hoping I can get them before winter

I just caught up and saw a video about them.

 

Pretty please, can you guys look into ladies' sizes too?

 

We work in tech as well, and have all the same needs, but are far underserved in this area. What is worst, most professional ladies' clothes *do not have pockets*, and business casual stuff pretty much always has tiny ones because they are too fitted to have real pockets.

 

I know volume might be too low to make sense, and some ladies can wear men's sizes (Personally I can always wear men's shirts, but I am blursed with too much hip for any men's bottoms to ever fit), but if you guys can make it possible I would probably order a pair in every color.
