At some point I think I want to build a couple of storage servers at work and the house. But for now I have a couple of external HDs that I keep raw media and back ups on. As I'm getting more active on social media for our company, I keep bumping into my iPhone's storage limits with video footage.

I realize that I need to make some large upgrades to storage and video equipment, but budget is a concern and for now I want get a good external storage solution that I can dump raw video files to after I have edited them into my IG reels. 2T should be more than enough for the time being.

How about an external SSD? Portable and not as sensitive as an external HDD

I'm sure you can find cheaper ones, but e.g. a 2TB Samsung T7 is less than $100 on Amazon. I assume your company is going to pay for that, since it's for business?
