bios update taking a long time

im updating the bios on aa msi b550 a pro im doing the most recent update the bios in the board did not support my ryzen 7 5800x so im updating it i watched the msi bios update video and its been flashing for about 30 mins what do i do? .edit im using the bios flash button on the back with a usb that has the update on it

whatever you do, dont power it down.
