Cant Enter bios

Hello.

i have a major problem.

I  cant Enter my bios. When i have a choice to boot from my drive or enter bios, i choose the bios but my screen just goes black and nothing happends, i only got 1 monitor, and my DVI cable is inserted in the GPU. 
My boot led is lighting red and that is not normal. I have no problem getting into Windows. 
I have tryed memtest with no fails.

Well i guess i can, but it works fine when getting to Windows?

Ok, makes sense.

Why do you have a choice ? I've got an option to go into the Bios, not a choice

Well found my problem

When i was pressing on my Old pc i had to pres F12 to get into bios. Om my new pc i did the same F12, but that takes me to boot menu, not bios menu. 
but i had the choice to Pick between “m.2 Windows or setup”
to get into bios menu i have to Press DEL
