iOS 17 Release Date

Considering the iPhone 15 will launch on the 22 September, is it likely that iOS 17 will launch the same date? If not, when?

Since this wasn't stated during the September Event, Apple's website has now been updated to confirm that the official launch date of iOS 17 & iPadOS 17 is 18 September: https://www.apple.com/ios/ios-17/

First of all, I asked the question after the September Event because I was wondering since Apple didn't announce the release date for iOS 17 in the event.

 

Second of all, I obviously Googled before I asked here. However, I live in Sweden and the search (both in Swedish and English) didn't give me any answers, probably because the Google Search in Sweden didn't have the updated websites information crawled yet.

 

Third of all, the Swedish Apple site (apple.se) hadn't been updated yet, so I couldn't extract the information from there.

 

Fourth of all, pretty much every question people ask on this forum already has an answer somewhere on the internet. So why not remove this forum with your philosophy? It is known that this forum doesn't make money for LMG, it looses money, so why not shut it down and donate the money they spend on running this forum to charity instead?

 

The world doesn't need more snarky, passive aggressive people who assumes the worst of people every time. I clearly had my reasons to why I asked on this forum. Go eat a Happy Meal.
