Yea 2 mistakes, ML240 is not good, and 240mm AIO is not really for a CPU of 7950X caliber.

Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360mm is a solid choice, can't go wrong with it.

Occassionaly visits the forum when I have nothing to do at work.

i dont know did i install thermal paste right but my R9 7950X  - AIO ML240R, has temp reach 99°C .

please suggest me some good p/p 360 AIO keep this CPU temperature low.

What were you doing when it reached 99 C? What are idle temps? What is your setup? Why such an inadequate AIO? Arctic Liquid Freezer 360 if you are noise sensitive, otherwise there are several others that do better at high temps but are noisier.

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

My phone's auto-correct is named Otto Rong.🤪😂
