4090 no display

so this week i built a new pc consisting of -

Msi 4090 x trio

i9 13900k

32gb dominator ddr5 6400 ram

z790 aorus elite ax

running windows 11.

corsair rm1000x psu

Now i had the pc working fine playing games no problem all week but today it randomly crashed playing starfield. the screens went black but i could still here my discord, so i restarted my pc and my monitors said no signal. Since then i have to use my onboard graphics and in device manager my gpu doesnt show up. so i re-seated my gpu thinking it may have moved but still nothing, the rgb lights up but the fans dont spin. i am truly lost and would love some help if possible.

Try the graphics card in another system to see if it shows up in Device manager there.

 

Usually, the fans on most graphics cards today do not turn until 60^oC or so as part of a zero RPM feature.
