Lost gpu bracket 2 screw like this could be a big deal ? And if it is what should I do I live in country with no customer service or something but maybe could I order from Amazon how to know the screw excat size help me please

And yes, losing retention bracket screw(s) can be bad since it is what's keeping the heatsink plate close to the GPU die.
Losing it may mean not enough pressure, which means improper contact, which usually result in overheating.

ونعم، قد يكون فقدان براغي (مسامير) دعامة التثبيت أمرًا سيئًا لأنه هو ما يبقي لوحة المبدد الحراري قريبة من قالب وحدة معالجة الرسومات.
وقد يعني فقدانه عدم وجود ضغط كافٍ، مما يعني اتصالاً غير مناسب، مما يؤدي عادةً إلى ارتفاع درجة الحرارة.

Its just a heat issue ? Or it can go further to damage the gpu die ?

Try taking one of the screws toy  our local hardware store, they may have a replacement, or you can go to any local computer repair where they will have one. But in either case TAKE ONE WITH YOU!
