ok guys so think imma go with the 4070 but the question is which brand. (only 2 options at reasonable prices)

shall i go for the MSI Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 VENTUS 3X 12G

Or the GIGABYTE RTX 4070 WINDFORCE OC 12GB 

 

1440p 165hz gaming rig

ryzen 7800X3d

32gb DDR5 6000 ram 

2tb nvme storage

I would say the ventus over the gigabyte but the ventus doesn't have any cooling on the vrms so I say the windforce then

if your just gaming then get the 7800 xt for sure. Unless your doing productivity with the gpu and using ray tracing

The 7900 XT. It's faster than the 4070 ti (about 10% on average) and has way more VRAM (which is becoming increasingly relevant in modern games).
