Screen keeps turning off.

So I recently upgraded my CPU, Motherboard, and Memory. However, ever since I started using them, one of my displays keeps turning on and off. I've tested different display ports however it is always the same screen that turns off. I was wondering if it was the cable or the screen itself.

But the thing is, when I open up my GeForce Experience, the screen will flash on and off repeatedly, occasionally fixing itself. When I close games or exit VR it also has a chance to turn off the display.

I assume my GPU or PSU is the cause, but I am unsure. I thought that it may not be the screen or the cable if it can lose signal when I close a game. 

 

But what could it be?
