Windows 8.1 taskbar

Okay. Hopefully someone here can help me. My current set up is that I have my right monitor to be my primary monitor, and my left monitor to be my primary taskbar. Whenever I restart my computer (I don't think it happens 100% of the time, but more often than not) Windows likes to put my primary taskbar on my primary monitor and I have to drag it over every single day. Does anyone know what could be causing it? Or what I could do to make it stop happening?

 

Not sure how much it matters, but I am using Startisback and I have the option checked that puts my start button to only be on the monitor that is NOT the primary taskbar, so it always shows up on the wrong monitor as well until I drag my primary taskbar to my right monitor. Thanks in advance.

well i only use one monitor so i dont know, but maybe you could physically switch the monitors to fix the problem ?
