Random partition using up my space

So I decided to look at Disk Manager but then saw a 25,39GB partition (unlabeled, no letter) on my HDD (not my SSD) and I dont know if I should delete it or not.

Since it is not being utilized in any way I would go ahead and delete that partition and then merge that 25.39 gigs of unused space with the rest of the space on drive D.  You might have to format it first, not sure.  It's been a while since I used the Windows drive manager.  I use the AOMEI Partition Assistant instead.
