So i recently deleted my windows partition, and i want to resize my linux partition, but i read online that it can corrupt it, and that i need to copy it somewhere before resizing, so im confused how do i actually do it. also i read that the layout of it somehow matters, so here's how mine looks.

It needs to be moved to the left, then extended to the right. You can't do that from the running system, boot from a live USB version of your favorite linux flavor. And of course back up anything important in case something goes wrong, although it shouldn't.

By move to the left, you mean physically drag it in the ui?

Select the partition, choose "resize/move" and extend it to fill.

I moved the partition to the left, then resized it to fill up space, and now my pc doesn't boot, says that boot manager is not found, do you know what I can do to fix it?
