There are some subtle differences, but practically yes, they're the same thing with a different skin.

Not quite true, the developer wasn't paid for a while because he was based in Ukraine and therefore stopped development for some time. It should be back in development at this time though if you'd rather use Afterburner.

Not quite true, the developer wasn't paid for a while because he was based in Ukraine and therefore stopped development for some time. It should be back in development at this time though if you'd rather use Afterburner. 

Does developer is not same for both ?
