radiator fan direction

second case is some random variation of the lian li pc-60 that i can not for the life of me identify because functionally its only difference is a change in the front cover. but yeah
i want to build another computer in this case and make it water cooled
why? fun i dont care about practicality (also i already own the case and most of the water cooling stuff from one of the other times i rebuilt my computer)
the guidelines for myself are the same ones i always have.
-no visible modifications (stock looking)
-no ductape solutions (do it right)
i havent got any of the internals yet because i wasnt sure what i wanted to do. i will be wanting to water cool as much as i can reasonably so the cpu and graphics card for sure. if i can get a monoblock for the motherboard i probably will try and go that route. so slapping a 360mm radiator in it is no problem but i dont think one will be enough to cool a 4080/4090 and what ever dumb cpu i put in (i might just put a last gen card in to save money on the waterblock). so i am planning to slap two 360mm radiators in it. one in the bottom and the other basically where the psu usually goes ill 3d print up a bracket so i can mount it there that also acts as ducking to isolate its intake/outtake sides from each other. and then get an sfx power supply move it into the 5.25 bays (picture for reference). that will need a bracket printed as well and a c14-c13 internal cable to a panel mounted socket.
all easily printed or made.
my only question/thought is what way to put the fans on the top radiator it will have the ability to let air in/out from the back where the power supply would have been. should i listen to my heat rises and part of my brain and point it so the heat goes out or should i listen to the part of my brain that says new air through the radiator only and let the little baby 80mm fans work overtime
the fans i will more than likely use are the noctua nf-a12 i would put phanteks t30's in it but the radiators are dummy thicc ekwb quantum x360m (the 58mm ones so they will be 83mm thick with normal fans and dont need more help being giant and unruly plus i still have to slap everything else into the case and would prefer not to struggle with that. (i think i am going to mount the pump/res where the 3.5in drives are. i cant outright remove that caddy because it holds the front covers on but it does come off with screws and i can cut it down so it isnt in the way).
my picture is of my case and not the other one. so there is two 80mm in the front and two 80mm in the back of the case that will be used (i feel like they will be there for mostly looks).
Why not try it in both directions?
Also, could you mount the T30s on top of the case fan ports so they help...?
