Pretty good all round so far.

If you're not planning on upgrading then I'd go with something like this. Cheaper motherboard and 7900XT of the likely VRAM fallout in a year or two. Also supports AV1 so streaming should be ok in the future. If not you can fall back on the iGPU cores on the CPU. If that also doesn't work then I recommend a 4070ti but VRAM would worry me for longevity:

I'm a fan of AMD, although I have to ask, are you planning to software or hardware encode?

AMD CPUs are great at software encoding but nvenc is the superior hardware ender.

Personally I run an AMD CPU and Nvidia GPU, I'm also a streamer but prefer software encoding, but when I do recording at the same time having a good secondary encoding option is great

for now.

Always try to plan for the future!

With that said, at 1080p you are going to do fine with either option.

I'd go AMD, but i'd change  many things

NH-U12S is fine but really overpriced at 130EUR !!

Cheaper good Aorus Elite board

6000CL30 RAM i/o CL32

Non-choked case with fans included

And a 7900XTX if it fits the budget (2K)
