Recording Lag

So I have a problem with recording CS:GO. I know weird right ^-^. I have a 6670 GPU and an I7 2700k. I play cs go and record with DxTory LagraithLosless codec, My fps in game goes to around 60, but it only writes at 10-15 fps, why so? I tried Fraps, it recorded fine no lag, just the color is shit. So I also tried recording to an HDD then a SSD, and still no diffrence.  Any help? Can it be my GPU?

What settings are you trying to record with? If you're trying uncompressed high bitrate footage then it will take a while to encode each frame, especially since it's likely using your CPU. What you're better off doing with CS:GO is recording demos using the in-game demo recording tool, then rendering that into video afterwards when it doesn't matter how slow it runs.

i would say your codec cant compress the data fast enough, maybe a newer gpu would fix it
