You mean like a file server? 1333 will be enough, no point in spending

more IMO.

i does improve but not noticably i think. you might want to consider getting error correcting ram since its a server

No, not really, most servers use 1333 or 1600, just for the sake of being more stable.

 

Amount of memory is what generally matters.

I'd say probably not but that will depend on what you user your server for.
