games keep crashing afeter 30 to 45 minutes of gameplay

hello, im ousy and recently i upgraded my pc from a ryzen 5 3600 and a gtx 1660 super to a CPU ryzen 5 7600 and GPU RTX 4070. 

latetly though ive been encoutering crash problems with high requirement type of games, i tried to reinstall al the drivers but still nothing.

what should i do?? is it bottleneck or somithing else??

CPU           ryzen 5 7600

GPU           RTX 4070

RAM           KINGSTON FURY DDR5 5200 2x8GB

If it first happens after half an hour, a bit more, I suspect could be a overheating thing instead of stability thing. What temps are you getting?

for example on forza horizon 5 i get 66-68 degrees celcius on the gpu with 98% usage and 76-80 on cpu with 40 % usage

 

for the cpu cooling i have a liquid cooler from coler master the one with 2 fans

Temps seem fine. I know AMD builds really like the latest BIOS', do you have any newer BIOS updates available?

For the power supply i have a “COOLER MASTER MASTERWATT 750”.

 

For the bios update i did that

 

i ran heaven benchmark to see if it crashes or something, nothing it runs smoothly. Now ill try play see if the issue still persists

I also had the exact same PSU, and it also crashed my PC while gaming, they send me a replacement.. And it also crashed while gaming. Benchmarks went fine, but if you play a game, the PSU seems to get issues.

 

After I switched to another brand with same power, it never happened again.

after i did the bios update its not crashing anymore (finger crossed).

 

right now im still playing forza horizon 5 with same temp and usage with no sign fo crash (for now)
