Apart from the PSU question which is already answered, you don't need Z790 for a locked CPU such as i5-13400, basically wasting money. That extra cost for the Z790 could be better spend on a better GPU.

Like 6700 XT.

Have you bought the parts? I would get the MSI or Cooler Master

My First PC
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Cooler: Asus TUF Gaming LC240
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B550-f gaming
RAM: 4x8 GB Corsair Vengeance RS (3200 MHz, CL16)
Storage: 1tb Samsung 980 Pro
Graphics Card: Asus Dual RTX 2060 OC
Case: Deepcool Matrexx 50
Power Supply: Corsair RM650x
Headset: Razer Blackshark V2
Keyboard: Corsair K70 Pro Mini (Speed Silver switches)
Mouse: Razer Viper Mini
Only changes I have made is I sold the 2060 for $235 AUD and bought a Powercolor Red Devil 6700 XT for $400 second hand (it was barely used, think I scored a deal on Ebay with that).

I love Photography (Using a Canon 60D)

Love F1, my favourite team is Ferrari and my favourite driver is Leclerc

13600K paired with 3060Ti is also another waste of money.

Even 12100 is enough to push 100% usage of 3060 Ti, just saying.

I'd get the MSI one, I've had pretty good experience with MSI after sales service, in addition to it being a high quality PSU.

So youre not gonna answer the purchase region and budget atleast?

"decent price" is not a good descriptor.

3060 ti is a waste of money, 6700 XT performs better at a cheaper price.

Not yet

Then get a 6700 XT instead of a 3060 ti, and get a 7600 and a b650 board.
