Hello,

I have a bit of an annoying problem with my mini laptop ( HP Mini 210 1030SL ). For a while, now, I get this stupid delay ( up to 5 seconds and maybe more ), sometimes, when I try to play audio or video in VLC and in browsers and it also happens whenever a system sound should play. I also get CPU and HDD usage from the process  Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation , for a bit and as soon as it stops, sound starts playing.

My audio codec is IDT HD audio, and this problem always happens whenever I have the sound driver installed (I tried a few versions of the driver and same problem!). With the driver that windows automatically installs, it works fine.

I am running Windows 8.1 update 1 x64

CPU Intel Atom N450

RAM 2Gb DDR2

HDD 320GB

Can anyone help?

Thank you!
