Thanks for your feedback on my previous post, it helped me optimize my build a lot. Also should I go for an RTX 3070 or stick with the extra VRAM from the RTX 3060 12Gb for Blender?

My friend also really needs a new monitor, however I am very well versed in the parts space and not in the monitor space. Specs @1080p 120Hz or more 24'' or more
