Well i guess so , the 5700G its a really fast CPU and its intergrated graphics could help to send the livetsream over your streaming site while you use your RX 550 to your game.

 

But maybe in the future you can change to an NVIDIA GPU since is has the famous NVENC Codecs that in one way or anotherwill efficiently codify the stream while giving decent quality results and no to much performance waste , for your current CPU you can get easily a RTX 3060 without bottlenecking , but well , its all in your choice.

You should be able to if it's enabled in BIOS. In Output settings in OBS what Video Encoders do you have?

Ada is worse than Ampere which is worse than Fermi, change my mind.

Well I was thinking of getting more of a 1440p card
