My windows disappeared :(

Go to solution Solved by Spotty,

Is your storage drive showing in the list of boot options? If so you may just need to go in to the settings and set it as the highest priority boot device. If not, then it sounds like your storage drive failed.

I was playing a game yesterday when I suddenly got blue-screened, so I rebooted and, again, I blue-screened when logging back in. So I rebooted again and my PC wouldn't POST which happened 3 times so I decided to leave it and come back later. I came back later and, to my delight, it POSTed but now I can't get past BIOS without it asking for a boot drive. It's as if Win 10 just deleted itself but I thought that only happened if you yanked the power cord out or something.

Anyone got any ideas as to why this could have happened or even any solutions?

Could also be a corrupted windows installation - this can happen due to blue-screens/crashes but can be fixed by reparing the install.

But this will only work if the HDD/SSD shows up in BIOS as Spotty said
