ram Dram light ddr5

Hello i have just built my pc with 

asus tuf motherbord am5 

ryzen 7 7700 non x

4070ti 

ram is T force 2x16 gb 5200 

at first it post every thing ok enabled docp and run fine after one restart it stoped working and dram light came up i took off one of the ram out and it posted changed the ram woth the other one it dose not post back to the good one every thing ok. Now the thing this is the second kit of rams i have tride and same thing it would not post with both installed and one of them is not making the pc work. 
note: i have test in both slots and it work fine with one installed

Maybe try taking out cmos battery?
