Very much faster.  You have a dedicated GPU in this one as well as much better IPC on the CPU, SSD etc.

With some changes yes.

 

Gpu is okbut I would actually opt for the full 580 8gb as this is just a rx570. So instead of getting that weird used not 580 i'd opt for a rx480 or rx570 as they are just as fast/faster and cost less or spend a smidge more on a proper rx580 8gb.

 

Ssd wise I'd up it to a sn570 as this lexar is known to have REALLY poor longevity. As in you can kill it in 3 years normal use.

 

Case has miserable airflow. Get a mesh front case you WILL have overheating issue.
