The cooler is the Kr03 version of it. You can pick it up here for 10€ in literally every store.

The card is sold brand new for 140€.

The Psu is a Chieftec Polaris PPS-550FC 550W Gold for 70€.

Everything would cost me 470 Euros.

Budget would be 500 Euros but not used. Only new.

Its pretty much as horrific as id expect for a new 500€ build, atleast buy an rx 6600 and not a freaking 580 that you can find for like 50€

A used build would look more like a ryzen 5600(x) + 6600xt/6700xt at this budget (everything used except storage and maybe ram if there are no good used ddr4 deals)

My only concern is the cooler, for one, the Ryzen 5 3600 may come with a cooler already, be sure to check if the one you are buying comes with one. It's a stock cooler yes, but looking at what you've got as the other option being the Krypton, I don't think its worth it. Note that the stock cooler is not enough for overclocking a whole lot, which I think is something you'd do because of the recording method being x264 unless your RX 580 has an encoder, and you are willing to use AMD ReLive since OBS doesn't work well with the hardware encoder for AMD. I think you should try and see some coolers from YouTube, maybe go for a cheap tower cooler, basically just check out the other options first, also it may be cheaper.

or buy what OP listed used. Or not bother and save 70 euros more, don't spend your money when you know you'll have to spend more to actually use it. Buy smart or buy twice.
