It's a gamble. It's not unheard of for cards listed as "for parts/not working" to just work, and it's not uncommon for them to have some sort of silicon damage where it's more expensive to fix than the card is worth.

Honestly, for that type of damage there really shouldn't be many, if any traces in that area and there is a non-zero chance that the card will fire up with that damage, no work required. It's just that if a card had a drop that large that it cracked the corner of the PCB, it mght've had enough force go into the cooler to screw something else up on the die itself. Assuming that's the only damage and you're able to track down whatever traces run through that area if any, it's totally fixable if not working right now, but having other damage somewhere else not easily repairable on the card is somewhat likely. Only get it if you can afford to take the loss and it's at a price reflecting that (that looks like a 3060 Ti, and I've seen those working for well under $300, occasionally below $200, so don't spend more than $100 IMO), if you can't don't gamble with it.

It's unlikely this bend would cause any issues so if it doesn't work there's likely something else wrong with it. The drop that likely caused this could have cracked other locations.
